Where We Stand
We, the staff of Milton Bradley, wanted to reach out and share our thoughts on the recent events taking place in our country. I watched as the community of Springfield marched together to protest the racial inequities that people of color face everyday. Watching the protest increased my sense of pride for our city. I feel honored everyday to lead Milton Bradley School and the students of Springfield. At Milton Bradley, we denounce systemic racism and stand with the Black Community. As we move forward, we will strive to do better for our students by educating ourselves on how we can make our schools a place where students and families feel honored about their race, culture and diversity.Our country and our community needs deep healing and change. As a staff at Milton Bradley, We want to be part of the change. We pledge to listen, learn, speak up and be part of the change that needs to happen to make this an inclusive and equitable school and world for all.
